Northern Rivers Ecological ‘NRE’ is an Ecological Restoration partnership based in north east NSW. The partners, Stuart McDonald and Simon Eastburn have over 40 years combined experience focusing on the protection and enhancement of biodiversity. 
 
Using innovative and best practice restoration techniques NRE specialises in:

• Bush regeneration
• Forest revegetation / reconstruction
• Environmental consulting and education 

As industry leaders, NRE has managed many small to large scale projects on private properties, numerous World Heritage Areas, National Parks and Nature Reserves and other public lands. Our work has resulted in over 20 000 hectares being regenerated and over 1,000,000 trees being planted and grown. NRE employs a highly skilled workforce of trained, qualified and experienced bush regenerators.
